When and where does Wonder Family Fest take place?

We look forward to seeing you at the third edition of Wonder Family Fest, Romania's biggest family festival, from July 31 to August 2, 2026, at Wonderland Resort, Feleacu no. 5, Cluj county.

What are the festival opening hours?

Accepted Answer

The festival opens on Friday, July 31, at 10:00 AM and closes on Sunday, August 2, at 11:00 PM. The camping and caravan areas can be vacated until Monday, August 3, at 2:00 PM.

Where is the festival entrance?

Accepted Answer

By taxi or drop-off, entry is via Calea Turzii, directly into the access area. By personal car, access is via DC71 up to the Weather Station area, where the official free parking lot is located. From there, a signposted path leads you to the entrance next to the Main Stage.

Where do I exchange my ticket for an access wristband?

Accepted Answer

Starting July 31, tickets (physical or electronic) are exchanged for access wristbands at the two festival entrances, throughout the entire event.

Are tickets individual or per family?

Accepted Answer

Tickets and passes are individual. Each family member needs one, except for children up to 2 years old, who enter free upon presenting proof of age.

Can I upgrade my General Access ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, General Access tickets and passes can be upgraded to VIP by paying the price difference at the festival entrance. Downgrading from VIP to General Access is not possible, however.

How does access work for minors?

Accepted Answer

Minors must be accompanied by an adult, who signs a supervision liability statement. The statements can be downloaded from the website, filled in and presented at the entrance.

How does access work for people with disabilities?

Accepted Answer

People with a registered disability benefit from free access throughout the festival. To get your ticket, send an email to contact@wonderfamilyfest.ro or call 0740 526 715.

How many times can I exit and re-enter the festival?

Accepted Answer

As many times as you like, throughout the entire festival, as long as the RFID wristband on your wrist is intact. If it gets damaged, visit the Info Point team for a new one.

Question 10

How can I pay at the festival?

Accepted Answer

With your bank card or your RFID wristband, which you can top up with cash at the two Top-Up points marked on the map: Reception and the Gift Shop.

How do I get back the money left on my wristband?

Accepted Answer

Unused amounts can be refunded directly at the festival, at the Top-Up points, until Monday, August 3, at 2:00 PM. Alternatively, you can spend them at Wonderland Resort until the end of the year, on the pool, Dino Land, the Adrenaline Tower or the restaurants.

Do I have pool access with the General Access wristband?

Accepted Answer

Pool access is not included in General Access, but you can upgrade to VIP right at the festival or pay the one-time access fee, subject to availability.

Question 13

What can I bring with me into the festival?

Accepted Answer

Backpacks and bags, laptops, food (no glass packaging), water in sealed plastic bottles, personal care products, sunscreen, hand sanitizer and photo/video cameras for personal use.

Can I come with a tent or caravan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the festival has a camping area for your own tents, rented tents and caravans. If you rent a tent, you get an assigned spot and the tent is set up by our team. The camping area must be vacated by Monday, August 3, at 2:00 PM.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, based on a pet commitment statement, available on the website, filled in and presented at the entrance.
