General terms

Welcome to the official Wonder Family Fest website (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by WONDERWORLD SRL, CUI 30878446, J12/3012/2012, headquartered in Sat Feleacu, str. Jupiter 5/11, Cluj county, legally represented by Mârza Darius Eneea (the “Company”).

This document sets out the terms and conditions under which you are authorized to use the Site, any subdomains and the mobile version, or to interact with the technologies available on site or on the web, such as the WIFI within the festival grounds.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, stop using the Site immediately.

The right to access the Site is conditioned on confirming that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you are not a person barred from access under the laws of Romania or any other country.

This is not the festival's Regulations — the full Regulations are available separately, in PDF format, in the website footer.

Description of services

Through the Site we provide information about the festival and offer for sale access tickets, accommodation options within the festival grounds and other useful facilities. If new services, content or features are added, their use is subject to these terms and conditions.

By “festival” we mean Wonder Family Fest, taking place from July 31 to August 2, 2026 within Wonderland Resort, Feleacu village, Cluj county.

Site changes and interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site with or without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous, secure and uninterrupted access to the Site or its error-free operation. Use of the Site may be affected by factors beyond our control, for which we are not responsible. You access the site at your own risk.

Privacy policy

We are committed to respecting all your rights regarding the processing of personal data, in accordance with EU Regulation no. 679/2016. For more information, please read the Privacy Policy in full.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Site to:

• violate or encourage the violation of any national or international law;
• impersonate any person or legal entity or misrepresent your affiliation with them;
• infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or right of publicity or privacy;
• disrupt or interfere with the security or use of the Site;
• use another person's account or create or use a false identity;
• use meta tags or “hidden text” featuring the Wonder Family Fest name or trademarks;
• attempt to reproduce or obtain the source code of any software used by the Site;
• impair any third party's ability to use the Site's services;
• reproduce, copy, sell or commercially exploit festival content without written consent;
• access, monitor or copy the Site through automated means (robots, crawlers, scripts).

Copyright and trademark

All content and the intellectual property rights related to it — including the design, texts, graphics, interface, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by the Company, with all rights reserved. Use of the content is authorized exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

For any complaints regarding the Site's content, you can contact us at contact@wonderfamilyfest.ro. We will review every report and take the necessary measures.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. The current version is published on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
