1. Who are we?

WONDERWORLD SRL, CUI 30878446, J12/3012/2012, headquartered in Sat Feleacu, str. Jupiter 5/11, Cluj county, legally represented by Mârza Darius Eneea, has taken the technical and organizational measures necessary to protect your personal data against loss or alteration, and to eliminate the risks of unauthorized access.

2. What personal data do we process?

If you choose to use our website or benefit from our services, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, postal address, IP address, banking details, date of birth, nationality, image (through photographs) — except for minors, whose image we do not process — and data from your social media accounts, if you signed in with them.

Accredited photographers and journalists are present at the festival, so we may process your image and voice through photographs or recordings, exclusively for journalistic or artistic purposes, for publication on our social media accounts. We do not use your image and voice for commercial purposes without your prior consent.

3. How do we collect data?

Your data is stored for a reasonable period, relative to the purpose of collection. Banking details are stored by the payment processor, not by us, and ticket personalization photos are stored by the partner providing the RFID wristband infrastructure.

• Directly — when you register on the website, subscribe to the newsletter, buy tickets, personalize your ticket, contact us, apply for press accreditation or fill in forms (volunteering, access for people with disabilities, etc.);
• Automatically — through cookies and by logging your activity on the website;
• From third parties — from parties that process data through cookies.

4. How do we use your data?

• informing you about your account status and validating orders;
• delivering tickets and invoicing;
• commercial communications and the newsletter, with your consent;
• resolving requests, questions and complaints;
• providing access to the festival and to dedicated areas;
• fulfilling our legal obligations.

5. Who do we share your data with?

Data may be shared with partners involved in organizing the festival (payment processor, RFID infrastructure provider, marketing services), strictly to the extent necessary for the purpose, as well as with public authorities where required by law.

6. Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies (which do not require consent), first-party cookies and third-party cookies (which require consent). You can manage your preferences from your browser settings or from the consent banner.

8. Minors

We do not knowingly process minors' data without the consent of their parents or legal representatives. Minors enter the festival accompanied by an adult, based on the liability statement.

9. Processing other people's data

If you provide us with other people's data (for example, when buying tickets for your family), you confirm that you have their consent to share the data with us.
